Neighborhood Watch Program

This e-mail Neighborhood Watch Program, otherwise known as Watch-mail, is designed to notify Empire Ranch residents about suspicious or unlawful activity that has taken place in our neighborhood, and has already been reported to the Folsom Police Department.
